Mumbai Rickshaw Driver Killed in Hit-And-Run Incident

Mumbai: A 26-year-old rickshaw driver, identified as Saib Ali Pathan, was killed in a hit-and-run incident near Baiganwadi Signal in Govandi early Thursday morning.According to the complaint lodged by his sister Afsana Gulsar Ali Syed, the accident occurred around 1.53 am when Saib Ali and his friend Suraj Kale were crossing the road near Aksa Hotel on the Mankhurd-bound stretch.An unidentified motorcyclist, riding recklessly, hit Saib Ali and fled.Kale, along with a local resident, rushed the injured victim to Shatabdi Hospital, Govandi, where doctors declared him dead.
