Aam Aadmi Party Challenges Dominance of BJP-Congress in Devbhumi Dwarka District

(By Kaushal Savjani) Khambhaliya T.R.: In the thirteen years since Devbhumi Dwarka district came into existence in 2013, there has been a lot of interest from the BJP-Congress to capture the district panchayat and out of the twenty-one seats, sometimes the 11-11 seats were given to the BJP-Congress and the post of president by letter, sometimes 10 to 1, sometimes 10 to 10, there was also the situation of two independents. But in the very interesting Dwarka district panchayat, this time after thirteen years, the Aam Aadmi Party has put up strong candidates in some places. This time there has been a three-way fight instead of a face-off for the first time. Instead of this, this time there has been a strange situation. Similar strange situation has occurred in Khambhaliya municipality, including the areas of the village panchayats. Some areas have been left out of the Khambhaliya Wadi area. Some of the seats of the then Dwarka district panchayat have also been left by the BJP.
