Aam Aadmi Party Faces Crisis as Seven Rajya Sabha Members Defect to BJP

The Aam Aadmi Party is in a crisis after seven Rajya Sabha members of the party, including Raghav Chadha, switched over to the BJP. The party is now engaged in preventing a split in Punjab. AAP's Punjab in-charge Manish Sisodia has called all the MLAs to Jalandhar yesterday, April 29. Block observers and heads of frontal organisations have also been called. Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann will also attend the meeting. It is believed that the mind of the MLAs will be taken away in this meeting. There are many MLAs in Punjab who are disgruntled for a long time. There is a threat to such MLAs. Some of the 92 MLAs of the Aam Aadmi Party in Punjab are angry with the party for not getting a ministerial post or some other reasons. Senior party leader Manish Sisodia's meeting with party convenor Arvind Kejriwal, who has left Gujarat midway, was discussed to save the party from possible future losses. Party leader Sanjay Singh has been given the responsibility of controlling Delhi and Punjab affairs in the party. Raghav Chadha claimed that the Aam Aadmi Party MP could play more than 60 games.
