Aam Janata Unnayan Party Chairman Clarifies Comments on Chief Minister

Humayun Kabir, chairman of the Aam Janata Unnayan Party, has clarified his comments on the CM. Humayun Kabir had said, "I will pray that the one above cuts his ticket." At the same time, he now clarified that the chief minister was not named by him and his comments were in reference to the allegations made against the police. He said that he wished the chief minister a long life, wanted him to complete his term and also become the prime minister in the future. Humayun Kabir said that his main complaint is about the alleged harassment by the police. Let us tell you, by-elections to Nandigram and Rezinagar seats are to be held on 6 October. Before the Rezinagar by-election, Humayun Kabir has accused the police of harassing his party workers and implicating them in false cases. He also claimed that people who were with him during the election campaign are being threatened and asked to leave the area. Humayun Kabir said that although the police have called him this time, they have asked him to stay away from the social media and to be active in the election campaign.
