Akhilesh Yadav Connects with Party Loyalists Ahead of UP Assembly Elections

Ahead of the 2027 assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh, SP national president Akhilesh Yadav has started tapping into the pulse of party loyal old-timers and close ones. Akhilesh Yadav on Saturday visited the homes of several old-timers and close friends in Agra. He also met traders from the Vaishya community. He stressed on booth strengthening and said all workers would be given respect if a government is formed in 2027. Akhilesh Yadav was welcomed by party workers at the Rahnakalan toll plaza on Saturday afternoon. Akhilesh then drove to the house of SP Rajya Sabha member Ramjilal Suman at HIG Flats in Sanjay Place. Suman's brother-in-law Divyanshu had died recently. He stayed here for half an hour. He said he had come to share grief. A bright and well-connected child had left. He then went to the house of Dr RS Pareek at Bagh Farzana. SP founder Mulayam Singh Yadav had come here from Dr. Pareek's Sikar South Sector residence. Vinay Agarwal had contested the 2022 assembly elections on a Vaishya caste ticket.
