Arvind Kejriwal Files Petition to Recuse Himself from Liquor Scam Case

The advertisement was earlier filed by him before Chief Justice डी.के Upadhyay seeking to transfer the case to another judge, which was rejected saying that the decision of recusal has to be taken by the judge concerned. The court is hearing all the accused in this case, including Manish Sisodia.
