Assam CM Targets Chidambaram Over 'Brain Naxal' Statement, Demands Investigation

Politics has intensified over the'brain Naxal'statement. The BJP is aggressive on Congress leader P. Chidambaram's'I am proud to be a brain Naxal'statement. After Ravi Shankar Prasad and Sudhanshu Trivedi, now Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma is also targeting Chidambaram for this statement. Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has targeted Congress leader and former Home Minister P. Chidambaram. He says Chidambaram is not a'brain Naxal'but a'pure Naxal '. Himanta has questioned that now when the former Home Minister of the country P. Chidambaram is calling himself a'brain Naxal ', did he not deliberately investigate to eliminate Naxalism during his tenure. Himanta says that there should be a thorough investigation into this. Guwahati: Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma says, "P. Chidambaram is not a'Dimaagi Naxal'but a'pure Naxal ', that is what P. Chidambaram did.
