Kannur: M C Anoop, the convict in the T P Chandrasekharan murder case who is undergoing life imprisonment in Kannur Central Jail has been granted 20-day parole under strict conditions.According to prison authority, Anoop, a native of Panoor, was permitted the parole in accordance with the prison rules.He was released on the parole on Saturday and has to return jail on Jan 31.The jail authority granted parole amid the allegations of irregularities in allowing parole to convicts in the T P Chandrasekharan murder case.Meanwhile, other convicts in the case - Muhammad Shafi, Shinoj, T K Rajesh has returned to jail recently after their parole period expired.
