Bihar BJP Set to Announce New State Committee Headed by Sanjay Saraogi

Bihar BJP team: A new state committee headed by state president Sanjay Saraogi is likely to be announced anytime. State president Saraogi has finalised the names of the leaders who will be included in the committee and sent the list to the high command for approval. As soon as the state unit gets the green signal from Delhi, the name of the state office bearers will be formally announced. The current committee of the party was formed during the tenure of the then state president and currently Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary. Dilip Jaiswal left the post of president without forming the committee. After the Lok Sabha elections, when Dr Dilip Kumar Jaiswal was given the command of the state president, party leaders felt that a new committee would be formed again. But after the assembly elections last year, Dr Dilip Jaiswal joined the cabinet. Due to one person, the party handed over the command of the party to Sanjay Saraogi in December 2025. State president Saraogi, who has been in charge of the state for more than four months, has now completed the process of forming the state committee. Three new vice-presidents, secretary, secretary, and three new team secretaries will be made.
