On Wednesday, the Samrat Chaudhary cabinet decided on three provisions stating the immediate requirement of landowners in view of the moratorium imposed on the purchase / transfer of land in the industrial / specified area. It was informed that the Bihar State Housing Board has been authorised to purchase this notified land. Also, it has been decided to allow the government authority to purchase / lease land to the concerned investor for land acquisition and investment project approved by the State Investment Promotion Board.
