Bihar Cabinet Expansion: PM Modi to Participate in Historic Event

Patna: May 7 is going to be a special day in Bihar politics. The NDA government led by Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary is going to expand its cabinet. The grandeur of this event can be gauged from the fact that Patna's historic Gandhi Maidan will witness it. For the first time, Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself will participate in any cabinet expansion in Bihar. It is being seen as a show of strength by the BJP. The district administration has started preparations on a war footing for security and stage construction. The probable list of ministers is also almost ready, with special attention to experience and social equations. The list of probable ministers of Bihar is 36 MLAs including the Chief Minister as per the strength of the Bihar Assembly. In this, Samrat Chaudhary from the BJP, Vijay Chaudhary from the JDU and Bijendra Yadav have been sworn in. In this regard, a total of 33 posts are now vacant in the council of ministers. According to the sharing of cabinet posts among the allies, 16 members from the BJP and the JDU can become ministers.
