Bihar Chief Minister Under Fire for Sharing Victim's Picture on Social Media

The case of Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary meeting the victim family of Jamui from his X handle going viral is gaining momentum. First Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav is constantly attacking the case, then MP Bharti sat for hours at the Secretariat police station and demanded to get the Chief Minister done. BJP's Mahila Morcha gave a written application to take action against Misa Bharti. Although the CMO official has been suspended in this case, the RJD is in no mood to cool the issue. On Monday, the Rashtriya Janata Dal delegation met Bihar State Commission for Protection of Child Rights Chairman Dr. Amardeep and Women's Commission Chairperson Apsara to demand action against them under the POCSO Act if the Chief Minister published and shared the picture of the Jamui sexual assault victim on his social media account. In the delegation of RJD leaders, former MLA Dr. Anwar Alam and Dr. Ejya Yadav and Spokesperson Chittaranjan Gagan were the main ones.
