Bihar Government Collects Record Revenue, Averts Salary and Pension Crisis

Patna: The Bihar government has mopped up a record revenue. There has also been a record collection in GST. The salary and pension crisis of 10 lakh employees of the state has been averted by the Bihar government. But the money has not reached their accounts yet. It is being said that 50 thousand employees of the secretariat have been targeted to start paying from April 6 and employees posted in the districts from April 4. The state of the government's treasury is said to be waiting for the tax share of 8,500 crore from the center till April 10. Then the fund transfer information says that after receiving the fund from the center, this amount will be sent to the treasury. Then the pace of fund transfer from the treasury will be slowed down. According to government sources, Rs 3,631 crore has already been spent in the matching grand of central schemes so that there is no shortage of cash for emergency expenses. The situation of the Finance Department is being told that due to the completion of the Finance Department and CRR system, the payment of salaries and pensions will be interrupted on the last day of April.
