Bihar Minister Reduces Convoy Vehicles for Fuel Savings and Simplicity

Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Nityanand Rai has taken a big step to reduce the number of vehicles in his convoy. He has written a letter to the Chief Secretary of Bihar in this regard. The letter emphasizes on the use of less vehicles in the convoy. Nityanand Rai has also appealed to limit the number of vehicles in his party's programs. For this, he has also sent a letter to the BJP Bihar State President. It is being told that this step has been taken keeping in mind the saving of fuel, simplicity and better use of resources. In recent times Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also said to adopt simplicity in government work and public life, reduce unnecessary expenses and save fuel. This decision of Nityanand Rai is being considered as an important initiative in that direction. Now special attention will be given to the use of less vehicles in party programs and official tours. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also appealed to the countrymen in his meeting with his cabinet colleagues on the current economic situation of the country on Wednesday (13 May 2026).
