Deepak Prakash, a minister in the Bihar government, did not get a seat in the legislative council elections. The national president of RLM has said on the question of merging with the BJP that RALM cannot merge for 1 seat. RLM is a separate party and will remain so. On this issue, Panchayati Raj Minister Deepak Prakash said that I came back to the cabinet with the blessings of the NDA leadership. Deepak Prakash told The Indian Express that I was made a minister within the constitutional rules. I will remain a minister as long as the NDA leadership has blessings on me. I cannot talk about getting an MLC seat in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
