Bihar Parties Prepare to Contest Uttar Pradesh Assembly Elections 2027

Political parties in Bihar have started preparing to strengthen their base in UP ahead of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections 2027. Union Minister Chirag Paswan has said that his party Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) is all set for the UP elections. Earlier, Bihar Health Minister Nishant Kumar has also expressed his desire to strengthen the organization of his party JDU in Uttar Pradesh and fight the elections with NDA. The statements of both the leaders have started a new discussion in UP politics. Union Minister Chirag Paswan told the media in Patna on Tuesday (November 03, 2026) that his party is all set to contest the elections in Uttar Pradesh. He informed that the party is going to have a big gathering in Kashi the next day. Also, the foundation day of the party will be celebrated on November 28 in Lucknow. Chirag said that until the elections come closer, his party will come up as a strong contender in Uttar Pradesh. He expressed confidence that Ram Vilas (LJP) will present itself in the assembly as an organizational program to strengthen the party.
