Bihar Poll Strategist Prashant Kishor Reveals Multi-Crore Wealth in Election Affidavits

Prashant Kishor, 49, and his wife have a combined net worth of over Rs 111 crore, according to their election affidavits. Prashant Kishor had declared movable assets of about Rs 1 crore and declared movable assets of about Rs 3 crore to his wife. He had stated in his affidavits that he owned land at Shriram Ultra Modern Rice Mill in Sivasagar, Rohtas district, with a current market value of about Rs 9.75 crore. The couple owns several expensive residential properties in major cities like Delhi, Guwahati, and Patna. Not surprisingly, Kishor went on to do some big work in Bihar and did something for the unemployed. Prashant Kishor has a 100 per cent stake in his company Vedha Ventures Pvt Ltd. Prashant Kishor also has a large portfolio of bank deposits, shares, investments, and mutual funds. Kishor had declared in his affidavit that he owns land at Shriram Ultra Modern Rice Mill in Sivasagar, Rohtas district, with a current market value of about Rs 9.75 crore, while his wife had declared an outstanding loan of about Rs 72 lakh to various financial institutions.
