BJP Considers Alliance with SAD Ahead of Punjab Assembly Elections

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is planning to form an alliance with the Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) to gain strength ahead of the Punjab Assembly elections. However, no final decision has been taken on the alliance yet. There are doubts over the alliance due to the deadlock on seat sharing. In such a situation, NDA ally and Union Minister Ramdas Athawale has advised that the BJP and SAD must form an alliance. Speaking to news agency ANI, Ramdas Athawale targeted the Bhagwant Mann government of the Aam Aadmi Party and said, "The law and order in Punjab is not that good. Bhagwant Mann had got power but he did not succeed in giving justice to the people of Punjab in 5 years. The farmers, poor, youth, women, Dalit, Sikh and Hindu society here are angry with him." Amritsar, Punjab: Union Minister Ramdas Athawale says, "The law and order situation in Punjab has not been good. Bhagwant Mann, who is the Chief Minister here, has been able to deliver justice to the people.
