BJP Criticizes Congress Over Protest at AI Summit, Calls It 'Crime Against Nation'

BJP today has criticised the Congress over the protest by some workers of the Indian Youth Congress at the India AI Impact Summit in New Delhi yesterday. Addressing a press conference in New Delhi, Union Minister Kiren Rijiju condemned the act of Youth Congress workers, saying that it is a crime against the nation, as it is not a mistake. He alleged that the Congress party cannot tolerate India’s prosperity and progress. Mr Rijiju said, at a time when the world is appreciating India’s progress, Congress cannot seem to digest the country’s success and continues to defame the nation. The Minister added that the constitution allows criticism of the government and protest, but such acts against the country are unacceptable.
