BJP MP Nishikant Dubey Slams Congress Over Partition and Kashmir Occupation

BJP MP Nishikant Dubey came down heavily on the Congress and former Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru over the partition of the country and the decisions taken earlier. He said that there is a part of our Kashmir under the unauthorized occupation of Pakistan, in the same way that a part of our Tripura under the unauthorized occupation of Bangladesh is Noakhali, Sialkot and Chittagong port. The BJP MP said that the time has come to take these places back to India. Nishikant Dubey, referring to Baharul Islam, who conducted the Sylhet Referendum, made serious allegations against the Congress. He said, "Baharul Islam was a member of the'Red Army'of the Muslim League, which was involved in the Noakhali massacre and played an important role in the Sylhet referendum. Despite this, the Congress first made him a member of the Rajya Sabha, then appointed him a judge of the High Court. After retiring from the High Court, he was made a judge of the Supreme Court and after retiring from the Rajya Sabha, the Congress again sent him to the Rajya Sabha.
