Guwahati: Speculations are finally over in Assam politics. Bharatiya Janata Party National President JP Nadda today officially announced that Himanta Biswa Sarma will take over as the next Chief Minister of Assam. At a key meeting of the Assam Legislative Party held today, all the MLAs unanimously elected Himanta Biswa Sarma as their leader.
