He has stated through X that during the enumeration phase (27th October 2025 to 6th January 2026), BLOs collected Form-6 for door-to-door enrolment. These forms were filled up from eligible persons whose names were not included in the electoral rolls as on 27th October 2025. Responding to the allegations of concealment or non-disclosure, he said that as per Electoral Registration Rules 1960, only those Form-6 applications are included in the Claims List (Form-9) which are received after the publication of the draft electoral rolls on 6th January 2026. These were also displayed on the official website of CEO UP during the Claims and Objections period. There is no violation of any rule or law. The advertisement says that the percentage of acceptance of Form-6 is based on hypothetical and unfounded assumptions made in the report. There is no fixed percentage or formula to accept the forms, but only after completion of the process, all the Form-6 applications are accepted by the election office with full political participation and complete transparency.
