Chief Minister Reduces Security Arrangements Amid Concerns Over Government Vehicle Misuse

(By Mukund Badiyani) Jamnagar, Dt. 15: The Chief Minister of the state has reduced his security arrangements after the appeal of the Prime Minister himself. Not only this, yesterday the Chief Minister arrived with a convoy of only five vehicles at a function in Rajula. On the other hand, there are complaints about the misuse of some government vehicles in Jamnagar Municipal Corporation. On the other hand, there is a need to reduce the use of vehicles in the corporation. In the past, there were allegations that some office bearers of Jamnagar Municipal Corporation are using corporation vehicles for their personal work as well as outside Jamnagar. There is still a discussion about the indiscriminate use of government vehicles by some officials. As a result, fuel costs and maintenance costs are increasing. The Prime Minister has appealed to limit the use of vehicles to save fuel and reduce expenses. Then the Governor has reduced his convoy as well as એસ.ટી. The governor has expressed his readiness to travel by bus.
