Eating high-calorie foods can lead to obesity. Pizza-burgers and toys have replaced nutritious food on children's plates. Changing lifestyles are affecting children's health. Watching mobile screens for hours, distance from playing in the field, and an increased craving for junk food can increase the risk of problems like obesity and high blood pressure. This can also affect heart health in the future. Doctors advise parents to pay attention to children's eating habits and routines.
