China Blames India for Reports of Clash Along Border

China's media is blaming India for reports of a clash between India and China along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in Arunachal Pradesh. China's state-run Global Times has put the matter in a different perspective. Global Times, in an article, has called India's allegations baseless and a tactic linked to India's domestic politics. South China Morning Post, another Chinese newspaper and published from Hong Kong, has called this development a new challenge to the fragile warmth in relations between India and China. China's government mouthpiece Global Times, in its report, has highlighted the statement of Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Guo Jiaqun. Guo said that China strictly adheres to relevant agreements and common understandings between the two countries. According to him, the Chinese military conducts normal patrol and control activities to safeguard its territorial sovereignty and stability in the border areas. China's Foreign Ministry said this when India's Ministry of Foreign Affairs breaks the enemy's patrol methods, it is a statement made by the Director General of the Indian Army ITBP.
