Union ministers JP Nadda and Jitendra Singh met a two-member delegation of the CJP on Saturday. The delegation included CJP's Sourav Das. The third round of talks between the two sides was positive. Soon after the talks, the CJP held a press conference and announced the end of the sit-in. The party has appealed to the protesters from across the country to peacefully return to their homes. Ads Saurav Das shared all the details of the talks with the government. He said, "Our second demand was that all the FIRs registered against the protesters should be withdrawn not only in Delhi but in all BJP-ruled and BJP-allied states. This was our second demand. The government has also accepted that demand. Also, these will be withdrawn soon. The government has assured us that it will share copies of all the FIRs registered. According to our last information, 15 to 20 FIRs were registered in Delhi and we have received an assurance from the government within three days that they will soon share a written guarantee."
