CJP Leader Abhijit Dipke Granted Conditional Bail in Breach of Peace Case

According to the information, Abhijit Dipke has been given bail on peace bond, the condition of which has been decided by the court. He has got bail on surety bond of 50 thousand. The statement of Delhi Police has also come out in this case. Delhi Police has informed that CJP founder Abhijit Dipke has been given bail with some conditions. He will be released after signing a'peace bond '. Delhi Police had detained CJP founder Abhijit Dipke and Neha Bora under preventive sections. Neha was released after legal formalities in 65 DP Act. But Abhijit was arrested in BNSXC in a case of breach of peace. Abhijit Dipke was arrested today under the Indian Civil Security Code, where he was presented in the court.
