CJP Representatives Meet Union Health Minister, Present Written Demands

Between the protest at Jantar Mantar and the march to Parliament on Monday, CJP representatives met Union Health Minister JP Nadda. According to government sources, CJP representatives and Union Minister JP Nadda met twice. The first meeting took place at around 11.50 am. Then JP Nadda spoke to him and asked what is your demand? Then CJP representatives explained the list of demands. JP Nadda said you did not bring the demands in writing? Give your demands in writing. Thereafter, both representatives gave a written memorandum of demands to Union Minister JP Nadda at 4 pm. No assurance was given by JP Nadda on all three demands of the CJP or any of them at the meeting. However, JP Nadda requested in the meeting that they end their sit-in and help the administration restore normalcy. In the memorandum, the party has put forward three major demands. The CJP has demanded the immediate release of social activist Wangchuk from the hospital as the first demand, while in the second paper, the demand for the removal of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan from the post after the NEET-UG 2026 leak.
