CLAT 2027: Online Applications Open for Common Law Admission Test

The Consortium of National Law Universities has started the online application process for the Common Law Admission Test. Interested and eligible candidates can apply by visiting the official website. The last date of application is 31 October 2026. Based on the score of CLAT 2027, more than 60 colleges including 24 National Law Universities of the country will be given admission. CLAT 2027 examination will be held in a single shift on 6 December 2026 from 2: 00 pm to 4: 00 pm. The examination will be held in offline mode at different examination centers across the country. The Consortium has clarified that this time there is no change in the syllabus and pattern of the examination. To apply to the Under Graduate Law Program, the candidate must have passed 12th from any recognized board. For General, OBC and EWS category candidates, a minimum of 45% marks is prescribed, while for SC, ST and PwD category candidates, 40% marks are required for applying to the post graduate program. For SC, ST and PwD category candidates, the minimum marks required for applying are 50% in the general category and 50% in the general category.
