Cockroach Janata Party Criticizes Indian Government Over Handling of Student Protesters

The Cockroach Janata Party had agitated against the NEET paper leak, under which the CJP had made 3 demands from the government. The resignation of the education minister, compensation to the family of the students who committed suicide and the demand for not taking action against the students involved in the agitation. One of these three demands was fulfilled, under which Dharmendra Pradhan had to resign from the post of education minister. However, the remaining 2 demands have not been fulfilled. Meanwhile, CJP spokesperson Saurav Das has questioned the government over the allegations of threatening and taking action against the students. Saurav Das said in a press conference that Union Minister JP Nadda and Dr. Jitendra Singh had assured on behalf of the government that no new FIR will be registered against the students involved in the protest. He had also said that the FIRs that have already been registered will be withdrawn and no legal action will be taken against the students in future. Sourav Das told that the government had assured these things in writing and that they have been waiting for the deadline to come.
