In the midst of the NEET paper leak controversy, political and social pressure is now mounting over the suicide cases. The Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) has made a big demand from the central government on this issue. CJP founder Abhijit Dipke has written an open letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi demanding Rs 1 crore compensation for the families whose children allegedly committed suicide due to the NEET paper leak controversy and increasing mental pressure. Abhijit Dipke claims that 11 NEET candidates have committed suicide in the last one week. He also said that 5 of these students committed suicide within the last 48 hours. In his letter, Dipke wrote that the NEET paper leak has put millions of students and their families under deep stress. He says that the trust in the examination system has weakened and many students are suffering from mental pressure. Abhijit Dipke demanded from the government that the families who have lost their children should be given financial assistance. CJP demands that every family affected by the NEET paper leak should be given a compensation of Rs 1 crore, though no official response has yet come from the central government on these cases.
