Saurav Das of the Cockroach Janata Party has filed a lawsuit in the Delhi High Court against commentator Abhijit Iyer Mitra and some web portals. Das has alleged that his home address and personal information were made public on social media, endangering his safety. Das has sought deletion of his personal information from online posts in the petition and damages. He has also sought mandatory and permanent injunctions against the defendants. Google LLC and X Corp (formerly Twitter), including Sunday Guardian, Jaipur Dialogues, Pamphlet, and Lawbeat, have also been made defendants in this case. There was a huge uproar over the government school in Rampura-Kanwarpura village in the Bagru area of Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan. The Cockroach Janata Party (CJP), as part of its campaign'School Theek Karo ', had sent party workers to see the condition of the government school in the village, but the villagers chased them away. CJP spokesperson Ashutosh Ranka had alleged that Kanwar-Kanwar (formerly Twitter), along with his primary school team, broke the glass panes of the primary school in the morning.
