Cockroach Janata Party Vows Legal Action Against Police Over Alleged Targeting of Children

Saurav Das, spokesperson of the Cockroach Janata Party, announced that those policemen and RAF personnel who came with the intention that they will break the heads of children, we will also go to court against them. He said this after discussing with Rajya Sabha MP and noted lawyer Kapil Sibal. He said that we had sought suggestions from Kapil Sibal. Sourav Das said, "We wanted that the youth movement should not be derailed. The court should not be used as a derailment. We had sought legal guidance from Kapil ji. People have been targeted in the past. We will make a website, district-wise lawyers come and help people. This will also give confidence to the youth that the Cockroach Janata Party will stand." CJP spokesperson Ashutosh Ranka said, "It was agreed with JP Nadda ji that the FIR will be withdrawn and no new FIR will be filed. It was agreed that by Tuesday, the government will file a copy of the remand agreement with the government."
