The Congress has intensified its nationwide campaign against the central government on the issue of paper leaks in competitive examinations, including NEET. As part of the ongoing campaign in 28 states and 28 cities from June 25 to August 9, a'Students'Goonj'programme will be held in Delhi on August 9 in the presence of Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi. A key meeting of senior leaders was held at the Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee (DPCC) headquarters on Sunday (July 5, 2026) regarding its preparations. On the directions of Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president Devendra Yadav, AICC Delhi in-charge Kazi Nizamuddin, AICC secretary and Delhi co-in-charge Danish Abrar and DPCC general secretary (organisation) Anil Bhardwaj reviewed the preparations for the campaign with representatives of Mahila Congress, Purvanchal Congress and Delhi Congress University Teachers'Organisation (INTEC). In the meeting, DPCC vice-president Abdul Hanan, general secretary Dr PK Mishra, Mahila Congress president Pushpa Singh, INTEC chairman Pankaj Garg and former Congress chairman Dr Sudhanshu Kumar were also present.
