Counting of Votes for Dungarpur Urban Body General Elections Set to Begin on September 14th

All eyes are now set on the counting of votes to be held on 14th September 2026 in Dungarpur district of Rajasthan after the polling for the urban body general elections 2026. The election results of Dungarpur Municipal Council and Sagwara Municipality will be out on Monday. The district administration has completed the preparations for the counting of votes and has finalised the security and entry arrangements at both the counting centres. The counting will start from 8 am, but before the results, the administration has tightened the law and order. After the order issued by the District Magistrate and District Collector Desal Dan, the administration has appealed to the candidates, political parties, workers and supporters to follow the rules and maintain restraint during the counting. District Election Officer Desaldan informed that all the preparations for the counting of votes have been completed. The counting personnel have been instructed to reach the counting centre between 6 am and 7 am, so that all the arrangements can be finalised on time. Sonu Kumar Gurjar, the returning officer associated with Dungarpur election officials will start the counting process as per the rules during the morning.
