Court Sets Aside Councilor Election Due to Undisclosed Financial Information

The election petition was filed by former councilor Iftekhar Ansari. Thus, the election petition was partially admitted. The petitioner's wife contested against Sunehra, but she did not win. The case may now go to the High Court.
