As per the agenda of the Assembly, Information Technology Minister Pankaj Kumar Singh will introduce the Delhi (Right to Time-bound and Facilitated Delivery of Services to Citizens) Bill, 2026. It is aimed at institutionalising the system of providing government services to citizens in a time-bound manner and ensuring accountability in service delivery. Tourism Minister Kapil Mishra will table the Delhi Bed and Breakfast Establishment (Repeal) Bill, 2026 in the House for consideration and passage. The Bill was introduced on August 7. While the fifth report of the Business Advisory Committee will be adopted, discussion will continue on MLA Shikha Rai's congratulatory motion on the Delhi Laxmi Yojana. The CAG report pertaining to the financial year ending March 2023 is also likely to be discussed. The MLAs will be able to raise issues of public interest under Rule-280. Delhi government minister Pravesh Sahib Singh has made serious allegations of financial irregularities and misappropriation of government funds against former chief minister Arvind Kejriwal's government, citing the CAG report. He claimed that the CAG report presented on August 7 revealed irregularities in the Delhi government.
