New Delhi: Police in northeast Delhi have arrested two persons with 37 charkhis of Chinese manjha. North-East District Deputy Commissioner of Police Rahul Alwal said that accused Mohammad Rihan (23) was caught and six charkhis of Chinese manjha were recovered during a search of his shop.
