Elderly Fish Trader Found Strangled to Death Under Jamnagar Bridge

The body of an elderly man strangled to death under the Subhash Bridge in Jamnagar city. Police sent the body for PM. Suspecting that he was a fish trader and killed with the intention of robbery, police identified the elderly man as Ismail Haroon Ker (ઉ.વ.59), who lived in the Bedi area and was a fish trader. The police informed his family. The body was sent for PM. The preliminary report revealed that the elderly man was strangled and stoned to death to hide his identity. Police have registered a case of murder against unknown persons on the complaint of the deceased's son. The killers are being intensively searched. No money, wallet and mobile or any other items were recovered from the elderly man's pocket from the scene of the murder. The reason for the robbery was not clear since 7: 30 am. Police investigated the elderly man's house.
