Fadnavis Clarifies Rumors, Stays Committed to Serving Maharashtra

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has given a clear answer to the speculation about his visit to Delhi and being made a minister at the Center. He said that the one who has to speculate, who has to fly the kite and who has to spread the rumour, he should continue doing this work. I have been elected by the people of Maharashtra and our leader Narendra Modi has given me the responsibility of Maharashtra. I will continue to perform this responsibility. Devendra Fadnavis made it clear that he is in Mumbai, is in Maharashtra and will remain in Maharashtra. After his statement, the discussions about being made a minister at the Center seem to be on hold. Fadnavis said that he met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Delhi today. During this, the ongoing infrastructure projects in Maharashtra were reviewed and discussed in detail with the central government. He said that many big projects related to Maharashtra including rural development, Mumbai Metro, railway, airport, port and road construction were discussed. He also assured Prime Minister Narendra Modi of every possible help.
