New Delhi: Fatigue, lethargy, and lack of energy throughout the day, despite getting enough sleep, are becoming common nowadays. Health experts say that poor lifestyle, mental stress, increased screen time, and physical inactivity are the main reasons behind this. According to experts, frequent use of mobiles, laptops, and other digital devices affects the quality of sleep. Apart from this, irregular eating habits, lack of physical activity, and increased work pressure also do not allow the body to fully relax. In such a situation, a person feels tired even after sleeping all night. Dr. Praveen Kumar, Additional Medical Superintendent, Ad Guru Tegh Bahadur Hospital, said that frequent fatigue can also be a sign of lack of nutrition, stress, anemia, thyroid problems, or poor sleep quality. If this problem persists for a long time, a medical examination should be done. He said that regular exercise, a balanced diet, adequate water intake, and screen time can control this problem to a great extent.
