Whether the World Cup games will be seen in India or not is a hot topic. Because FIFA has not yet given the responsibility of broadcasting the World Cup matches in India to any company. GeoHotster was in the race. But according to multiple reports, FIFA did not respond to the offer. GeoHotster offered about $20 million to broadcast the matches. But FIFA rejected it outright. GeoStar paid about $100 million for the rights to broadcast the matches of both the 2026 and 2030 editions of the World Cup. GeoStar did not agree to GeoHotster's proposal. GeoHotster only agreed to match more than $35 million for the upcoming FIFA World Cup.
