Submissions have been made to the Supreme Court, the state police chief, the range IG, the governor, and the state government, challenging the release of the former MLA Jairajsinh Jadeja on bail in the Nilesh Rayani murder case and seeking cancellation of the bail. This has caused a stir. Jagdishbhai Muljibhai Sotadiya, brother of Jayeshbhai, the complainant in the Nilesh Rayani murder case, has made written submissions to the Gujarat government's law department and the Supreme Court. According to the documents submitted by Jagdishbhai Sotadiya, Jairajsinh Jadeja was sentenced to life imprisonment by the High Court, which he appealed to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court granted bail to Jairajsinh with certain strict conditions, the main condition of which was to stay out of the state of Gujarat and not to enter the state without the court's prior permission.
