Government Prioritizes Legislative Work Amid Parliament Disruptions

Union Minister Kiren Rijiju, reacting to the allegations made by the opposition and the ongoing ruckus in the parliament, said that such allegations are not new. He said that the Congress party and other opposition parties often make such allegations. He said that the biggest priority of the government is to complete the important bills and other important business on the agenda of the parliament. Kiren Rijiju said that the business of the country should go on continuously. New laws are needed to run the country and it is the responsibility of the parliament to pass the budget and other important proposals. He said that if the parliament is constantly embroiled in the ruckus and the government cannot pass the necessary bills, then what will be the purpose of the existence of the parliament. Kiren Rijiju said that the government will continue to carry forward its legislative work. Rijiju informed that the government has given enough time to the opposition and has also provided opportunities for discussion. He said that it should not be complained later that the bill has been discussed, Pappu Rijiju Yadav said that the parliament has also been prepared on behalf of the parliament.
