Gujarat Deputy Chief Minister Meets US Representative to Strengthen Bilateral Ties

Gandhinagar, Dt. 6: Deputy Chief Minister of Gujarat, Shri Harsh Sanghavi had an exclusive meeting with Pete Sessions, Member of the US House of Representatives. During this meeting, important discussions were held to further deepen and strengthen the relationship between the two countries. This meeting has been described as very honourable and fruitful. The focus of the discussions between the two leaders were mainly on enhancing economic cooperation, creating new opportunities, partnering in innovation, and exploring avenues for mutual development. On this occasion, the American Congressman was honoured with a shawl and flower garland as per Indian tradition, and he was also presented with a United States Congressional Medal of Honor. This meeting is considered very important for the purpose of further promoting commercial and strategic partnership between India and the US.
