Gujarat Government Fails to Remove PM's Pictures Ahead of Local Body Elections

Rajkot, Dt. 9: According to the list of Gujarat Pradesh Congress Committee Spokesperson and Media Coordinator Hemang Mahipatbhai Rawal, the local body elections in the state of Gujarat have already been announced on 2026, following which every political party has to implement the code of conduct. However, the pictures of the PM and CM have not been removed in 8550 buses of the Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (એસ.ટી) and the pictures of the PM were retained at petrol pumps across the state. The Prime Minister's picture was seen at the government-approved medical store at the Pradhan Mantri Jan Aushadhi Kendra in Din Dayal. The pictures of the PM were also not removed from the photos and digital screens of the Union Bank. The office of the Gujarat Pradesh Congress Committee in Ahmedabad called a press conference on the date of 3/4/2026.
