AHMEDABAD: The general elections to 15 municipal corporations, 84 municipalities, 34 district panchayats and 260 taluka panchayats and by-elections to 13 vacant seats of 11 municipalities in the state will be held on the next date i.e., Sunday from 7-00 am to 06-00 pm in those areas so that Shramyogis / employees of establishments registered under the Gujarat Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act-2019 can exercise their franchise.
