Hamirpur District Organizes Readiness Melas to Boost Class I Enrollment and Student Engagement

Hamirpur: Readiness melas will be held in primary schools across the district before the monsoon vacation. Through these melas, new students will be introduced to schools and parents, especially mothers, will be motivated to actively participate in the education of children. Sports, educational activities and various competitions will be organized in these melas, in which students and parents will jointly participate. Necessary budget has also been released to the schools for successful organization of these melas. AdvertisementReadiness melas are aimed at increasing the enrolment in class I.The main objective of these melas is to provide activity-based and sports education to the students enrolled in class I for the first three months to develop their interest in studies. Advertisement NIPUN melas will also be organized under NIPUN Bharat Mission to strengthen the language and mathematical skills of the students from class I to III. Various activities will be conducted to strengthen the basic skills of Hindi, English and Mathematics in these melas.
