Chandigarh: The Haryana Election Commission has announced the dates for the Haryana civic polls. The Haryana Election Commission announced the dates for the polls at a press conference in Panchkula. The Sonipat-Panchkula and Ambala Municipal Corporations will go to the polls on May 10 and the results will be declared on May 13. Elections to the Panchkula, Ambala and Sonipat Municipal Corporations are to be held. Elections to the Rewari Municipal Council, Dharuhera Sampla and Uklana Municipal Corporations will also be held. Tohana, Jhajjar, Rajound, Tarawadi, Sadhaura and Kanina Municipal Corporations will also vote. The entire schedule will be filed between April 21 and April 25. Scrutiny of nominations will be done on April 27. April 28 will be the last date for withdrawal of nominations. Election symbols will also be given to the candidates on this day. Voting will be held on May 10. Re-polling, if needed, will be held on May 12. Elections to the Municipal Corporations of Rewari, Dharuhera Sampla and Uklana Municipal Corporations will also be held on May 13.
