Nashik Crime News: Igatpuri Police have traced two minor sisters who went missing from Titoli Railway Quarters area in Igatpuri taluka and have taken them into safe custody from Bihar-Nepal border. A case of kidnapping was registered against an unknown person in Igatpuri Police Station in this regard. Considering the seriousness of the incident, a special team was formed under the guidance of Superintendent of Police Balasaheb Patil, Additional Superintendent of Police Aditya Mirkhekar, Deputy Superintendent of Police Harish Khedkar and Police Inspector Sarika Ahirrao. The team including Police Sub-Inspector Amol Gaidhani and Constable Deepak Nikumbh immediately started investigation. During the investigation, it was found that the concerned girls had gone towards Bihar by train. Then the police took the girls into custody from two different places in Bhimnagar (Indo-Nepal border) of Supaul district in Bihar on the basis of a tip-off that the girls had gone voluntarily or were abducted by someone else. Further investigation is underway under the guidance of Sub-Inspector Bhoj and his team.
